Billy’s favourite way to use this Salsa is to reverse sear a steak over charcoal, then liberally spread the salsa over the top of the steak. Finish it off with Dan Hernandez Chimchurri. The spice of the salsa combined with the fresh herb Chimichurri is out of this world.
