Wagyu Rib Fillet is a highly marbled piece of beef that is tender, juicy and full of flavour. The term ‘wagyu’ refers to Japanese beef – ‘wa’ means Japanese and ‘gyu’ means cow.
This wagyu rib fillet can be roasted whole or sliced into individual steaks.
On request, your whole wagyu rib fillet can be trimmed and sliced into 2cm thick steaks free of charge. Please advise if you wish your steaks to be cut to a different thickness.
