Truffleardo – A tender pork fillet butterflied and filled with truffled pork & porcini mince and then wrapped in pancetta.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 mins, then increase the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for a further 5 minutes or until pancetta becomes crispy.
