We make our Pancetta, Pear & Walnut Stuffing in house. It contains a wonderful mix of sage, onion, pancetta, walnuts, pear, and lemon zest.
Also, what’s not to love about the crispy, salty crackling. If there are any leftovers (we doubt your guests will leave any leftovers, they’ll love it so much), it makes the best pork sandwiches the next day.
