Parmesan & Panko Pork Cutlets
Murray Valley Pork cutlets rolled in a parmesan panko crumb.
Preheat your oven to 180ºC. Spray or brush the cutlets with olive oil on both sides before placing on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through (the internal temperature of the pork should be 71ºC if tested with a digital thermometer).
Serve with a rocket and balsamic salad, a wedge of lemon and roast potatoes.
These cutlets also taste great with a herb dressing like a salad verde or gremolata.
