Our Pistachio Crusted Lamb Backstrap is a free range lamb backstrap containing a pocket filled with sweet potato, prosciutto and caramelised balsamic. The backstrap is then brushed with ghee and then rolled in gluten free crumbs and freshly crushed pistachios.
