La Boqueria Chorizo Mild* award winning chorizo is the best in Australia in our opinion. This is a truly authentic Spanish style chorizo but made using Australian pork. Paprika and garlic are the prominent flavours.
The length of time chorizo is cured depends on the intended usage. This chorizo is fresh cured for 3 weeks and therefore must be grilled or fried before consuming.
