Jamon serrano is Spanish dry cured ham, with the meat coming from the rear leg of the pig. The La Hoguera jamon serrano is made from the Duroc pig which is known for it’s great flavour and marbling. This Jamon Serrano is cured for 18 months.
Best served at room temperature and it’s important to leave the fat on for the best flavour.
