We estimate that a 10kg Christmas ham on the bone will cater generously for 30-40 people with left overs.
NOTE: If you would like your ham prepared for glazing, please select PREPARED FOR GLAZING in the ‘Cut Options’. If this is selected, the butchers will remove the skin and score the fat in preparation for the ham to be glazed. They will place the skin back over the ham before it is cryovacced to retain moisture. If you would like your ham left as is, please select TRADITIONAL in the ‘Cut Options’.
