This is Australia’s only award winning haggis. Pacdon Park haggis is a true Highland Haggis, made and tied by hand, using local lamb pluck and flank.
These ‘wee beastie’ Haggis’ are very popular during the year, particularly for Burns Night on the 25th January and again later in the year, for St. Andrew’s Day on 30th November.
