The skin has already been removed along with part of the bone.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 180C. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, then sprinkle with extra sesame seeds and chopped shallots.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve on top of a soba noodle salad of carrot, capsicum, shelled edamame beans, cucumber, shallot and purple cabbage dressed with your favourite Asian dressing.
