This authentic Chimichurri is made by personal chef, Dan Hernandez. It contains fresh herbs (hand chopped), a touch of chilli and garlic.
Billy’s favourite way to use this Salsa is to reverse sear a steak over charcoal, then liberally spread Dan Hernandez Smokey South American Salsa over the top of the steak. Finish it off with the Chimchurri. The spice of the salsa combined with the fresh herb chimichurri is out of this world.
Alternatively, serve your Chimichurri with any seafood, chicken or on top of some chargrilled butterflied quail.
