Dinner is simple with our quick and easy chicken pestos. They are made with a boneless rolled chicken maryland, stuffed with sweet potato, cream cheese, double smoked bacon and basil pesto.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 30/35 mins or until the internal temperature reaches 70ºC/165ºF.
Serve with a summery salad of baby spinach, fetta & smoked semi dried tomatoes or a Wintery salad of mixed roast vegetables and crumbled chevre.
