Spinach & Fetta Chicken Mini Roaster – Free Range (min 300g)
These chicken mini roasters fetta & spinach make dinner quick, easy and delicious. They’re chicken breast rolled with fresh spinach & fetta, then wrapped in prosciutto.
HOW TO COOK
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Brush lightly oil and bake for 40 minutes till cooked through (internal temp of 75°C if you have a meat thermometer). Remove from oven and rest for 10-15 minutes.

Serve with broccolini, bacon, pine nuts & smoked honey
