The Chilli & Mango Chicken Breast can be pan fried, BBQ’d or oven baked.
Heat a non stick frying pan or BBQ plate to a medium heat. Brush the plate or pan with a little bit of oil. Cook the chicken for a few minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Slice the cooked chicken into thin stripes and serve with a zesty Asian salad.
Otherwise, the chicken is great served either warm or cold with a soba noodle salad of shelled edamame beans, snow peas and julienned carrot. Dress with your favourite Asian dressing and top with sesame seeds.
