Boneless Pork Belly Spare Ribs in Char Siu Sauce – Free Range (200g min)

Free range, boneless, pork belly spare ribs marinated in Char Siu sauce. 

Pre marinated and ready to cook.

Place in a baking tray with a small amount of water. Cover with baking paper then tightly seal with foil. Cook for approximately 1.5-2 hours at around 140C, or until tender. Then remove the paper and foil and cook for approximately 30 min at 180-200C or until caramelised.

● Serve with stir fried egg noodles, prawns, pak choy & snow peas.
Create a banh mi with pickled carrot, cucumber, fresh coriander, japanese mayo, soy sauce & fresh chilli
● Serve with steamed rice 🍚, Chinese greens & chilli oil.
● Chop up left overs for fried rice the next night.
