Eggcettera, Pecan Fed Boneless Pork Belly Spare Ribs in Char Siu Sauce (200g min)
Eggcettera pecan fed, boneless, pork belly spare ribs marinated in Char Siu sauce.
Pre marinated and ready to cook.
Place in a baking tray with a small amount of water. Cover with baking paper then tightly seal with foil. Cook for approximately 1.5-2 hours at around 140C, or until tender. Then remove the paper and foil and cook for approximately 30 min at 180-200C or until caramelised.
● Serve with stir fried egg noodles, prawns, pak choy & snow peas.
● Create a banh mi with pickled carrot, cucumber, fresh coriander, japanese mayo, soy sauce & fresh chilli
● Serve with steamed rice 🍚, Chinese greens & chilli oil.
● Chop up left overs for fried rice the next night.
