Beef Wellingtons … a whole ‘meal in one’!
Our twist on Beef Wellingtons – juicy fillet steak, mozzarella, streaky bacon & our secret recipe hickory sauce. The ‘Wellingtons’ are then wrapped in lattice pastry, and delicious when cooked to golden brown. ‘A meal-in-one’!
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Brush the ‘wellingtons’ with milk and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
Serve with a simple salad for a quick and easy Sunday lunch or mid-week dinner.
