A Weekend of Wagyu
Our weekend of Wagyu starts this Saturday 12.12.15 at Meat at Billy’s.
Australian Black Wagyu, marble score 8, export quality Wagyu. Rarely is this quality of Wagyu available to the Australian market. Usually it gets exported straight to Japan.
All cuts available from eye fillet, rib fillet, brisket, chuck and everything in between.
