Picklehead Pickles … created locally in Brisbane
Picklehead Pickles were inspired by the variety of good-quality pickles in the United States. Paddington-based Mikey Hilburger decided to create a selection of locally made pickles that would rival the imports. He has certainly succeeded!!
Mikey shared his favourite ways of eating Picklehead Pickles:
- Straight outta the jar;
- Frickle (deep fried pickle);
- Pickleback (whisky shot followed by a Picklebrine shot)!
