Pan fry, grill or BBQ.
Serving Suggestion: Flame grill and serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Serve on a bed of couscous/quinoa/pearl barley with red onion slivers, fresh parsley & toasted almonds slivers. Finish with a herbed yoghurt.
