Filet Mignon (min 250g)
Our take on the fabulous filet mignon … tender eye fillet marinated in red wine and caramelised onion and wrapped in smokey bacon. This is then topped with a herbed butter.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat your oven to 180C. Place the mignons in an oven proof dish and roast for about half an hour (for medium rare).
