Quick and easy. A boned out chicken thigh rolled with basil pesto and tied.
Cook in a pre heated 180 degree oven for 35 min.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with a summery salad of baby spinach, fetta & smoked semi dried tomatoes or a Wintery salad of mixed roast vegetables and crumbled chevre.
