Cape Grim Beef (Ox) Short Ribs
4-6 beef short ribs per kg (cut into individual ribs)
Cape Grim beef is raised on rich pastures, with nothing else added. The beef is hand selected and rigorously graded, rewarding you with pure beef flavour.
Beef short ribs are best enjoyed when slow cooked. Finish off in pan or on BBQ to crisp up.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: If cooking them in the oven, cook for 3 to 3.5 hrs at 140 degrees covered. Then uncover and turn oven up to 180 for about half an hour. That will get them crisp and they should be falling off the bone.
