Brisbane BBQ Festival 2016 On Sale Now!
Brisbane BBQ Festival, Meat at Billys, Radar Hill Smokers, Buffalo Trace and Australasian BBQ Alliance proudly present the 2016 Annual Brisbane BBQ Championships.
BBQ Championships, Live Music, Special Guests, Craft Beer, Markets, Workshops, Food Stalls, Meat and BBQ Expo, Demonstrations, Samples …and so much more!
Dates: July 1, 2016 – July 2, 2016
Venue: Brisbane Showgrounds, Bowen Hills
Times: Competition begins Friday night (July 1st) bump in at 3pm – 5pm.
Hand in categories include: Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Pork & Pork Ribs
Cash and prize pool worth over $12,000
Cost of Entry: $250 per team + $25 ABA Registration. Power site additional $50.
4 person max per team / Total No. of Teams: 40
